The Shower Gel is was not like it has to be, i had ordered the same item earlier that time the product was good, but this time i'm unhappy with the product. When I first used it, I was familier with the smell.. it's Boomer.. Smells great but I didn't like the stickiness which it has after drying all the water from your body.. Maybe it's there for a reason but i'm not a fan..

I love Nivea's shower gels and this one is another great addition. the best thing about Nivea is that it refreshes you thoroughly and that feeling stays for several hours.
Active charcoal is good for the skin, in fact the best as it removes the dead cells. My skin feels so fresh after using this.

I usually use a number of Nivea products in my personal grooming setup. Body washes was not one of them because of the hard water problem in India - their body washes, like other foreign formulations were a bit difficult to get off the skin due to hardness of Indian water.

I'm happy to report that this one is an exception, maybe Nivea chemists have tweaked their formulation for India. The frangrance and lather is satisfying. The most unique part of this body wash is the thick and unique silver grey texture of the fluid. (See attached pic). Its kinda geeky good.

Last but not the least, is the fact that since its a hair and body wash combined into one, i can pack a small quantity (50-100ml) in small travel bottles and carry along for my short trips. Its a great space saver and a much better option than using the sad low cost offerings in even the premium hotels. Hair does not feel overtly dry or sticky after using it.

I like the fragrance too - very masculine for sure, although it does not linger on for long.

In all, a great product for menfolk from Nivea and it deserves at least one try by anyone who takes personal grooming seriously.

I got this Nivea Men Active Clean sower gel on 3rd Nov 2018. I think the product hasbeen used few times before delivered and the bottle was damaged also.
After use some days i feel that its a real product or its some faulty product , i got some skin problem at this time 25 december 2018.

Nivea Men Active clean shower gel is perfect for men because it has a musky scent which mens preferably like. And it creates nice foam while rubbing it using loofah. Although the scent doesn't linger in your body once you rinsed. I went for 500 ml bottle of it which cost me 179/- thanks to Amazon. So in a way it's a value for money because it will last easily for 3-4 months with regular use. One thing that missing with 500 ml jar is a pump that would make its use much easier. Though it's claim to be 3-1 use for Hair, Face and Body but I would suggest not to use it as shampoo because it tends to make your hair bit dry after using it. Sometimes I use it on face while taking shower not otherwise.

Nivea is no doubt a brand in the market, and trusting it, I purchased Nivea Men Active Clean Shower Gel for the purpose of shower, but to my surprise, the product wasn't that smooth as it was expected from a brand like Nivea. Let me elaborate it on few important parameters "

a) Fragrance - The fragrance isn't strong and weathers away within 2 hours of use, this was really unexpected from a brand like this, also you can not use it daily for it makes your hair sticky.

b)Lather: it does not gives enough lather, until huge amount of it is used, making it just last long for a few days.

c)Value for money: I do not feel the value for money justified, as the product exhausted within 2 weeks, unlike other shower gel that lasts for at-least a month.

d)Packaging: It is the only USP the product has, making it look attractive, but then when it comes to use, it disappoints, be it in terms of its fragrance or lather.

Nice scent, good consistency for lathering up. Activated subscribe and save to get 5 of these for a bargain and cancelled it as soon as they shipped. Has taken me months to get through them, much cheaper than buying in the supermarket.
